Shipping policy

At Celani, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we detail our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.

Shipping Information:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped through our international fulfillment network, with USPS or UPS handling final delivery within the United States.

The carrier used for your order may depend on the destination, availability, and fulfillment method.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders of $125 or more: free Priority + Insured Shipping.
  • Orders under $125: $4.99 Priority + Insured Shipping.

The shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay, and that is the amount that applies to your order.

Delivery times:

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed.

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare and pack your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
  • Transit: 10 to 20 business days. Your order ships through our international fulfillment network, and USPS or UPS makes the final delivery to your door.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at hello@celani.us.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at hello@celani.us and we will be happy to help you.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
